What is a service fee?
A service fee is applied to orders delivered by our trucks, however the actual service fees charged may vary. For example, same day deliveries, weekend and holiday service fees may be higher. This includes wrapping, securing and gift packaging any arrangements we send out.
Can I get flowers delivered at a specific time?
Depending on the season it may be difficult to arrange a timed delivery, especially during national holidays. We however try to accommodate requests to the best of our ability. Due to our free flower delivery it is necessary for us to route our orders, and time of delivery can be greatly affected by how many orders we get as well as which delivery regions we have. Business deliveries are prioritized first so that we can complete them all by 4:30PM. Residential deliveries will go on into the evening and often continue after our shop closes. If you have concern about a delivery but cannot reach us via phone, send us an e-mail to email@example.com which is regularly monitored outside of regular business hours.
Guaranteed time deliveries are not available through our website. You can call our shop at 416-855-9984 to request a quote for a timed delivery. The price of the quote depends on the delivery time, season, as well as location of the delivery.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes you can send flowers anonymously, but due to strict regulations in Canada, if the recipient requests who sent them the flowers then we are required by law to provide information on the source of the flowers.
Why do I pay taxes on international orders?
In a lot of cases we work with professional florists in your area to guarantee a fresh and quick delivery. These florists would pass the cost onto us, which drives up the price of the product. Since we are located in the GTA we provide great deals on specific flowers within Canada because we have developed partnerships with many growers and wholesalers in the area. Is my information safe on this website?
Your information is as safe as if it were at a local bank. All of our payments are processed via Paypal (Credit cards/Debit cards as well) so you can rest-assured that even we do not have access to your payment information, while guaranteeing that your payment information is in safe hands.
Our servers are also hosted on the Amazon Cloud Service, which is a system that is managed and regularly updated by Amazon. We have designed this website with the highest security standards in mind.
No credit card information is stored on our servers. We do not share our mailing list with any third-party companies and we do not intend to do so in the future.
Will I be notified of my delivery?
Absolutely! You will receive multiple e-mails from email@example.com which will update you on the status of your order. You will know that we accepted your order, processed your order and when your order has been completed.
If you are not receiving e-mails from us, be sure to check your spam folder and/or whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org in your e-mail service provider.
How long will my delivery take?
We offer same day deliveries for common/popular flower types. Certain exotic flower types or bulk orders require advanced notice to process within time. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com to get an update on the status of your order. Business deliveries have a guaranteed delivery time of 4:30PM. Should the flowers not arrive within that time we will gladly reroute the delivery to a residential address free of charge, or alternatively redeliver an upgraded arrangement the next day.
Depending on your location we work with local florists world-wide to guarantee prompt delivery.
